Services 1. Residential

Whether you are buying or selling, there are a number of check points you want clear before moving in or out of your residential property.  We believe it is important for owners to know the condition of the home and we can provide you with the most thorough, honest and unbiased inspection you can find.  We provide following services:

Every business has its own unique layout and that is why our certified inspectors are prepared to assess a wide variety of systems, layouts and various features.  We evaluate all commercial properties with a custom touch to that particular business.  The following services are provided but not limited to:

Services 3. Rental

Before you rent a home or apartment you want to know what condition it is in, in full detail.  This will protect you from a landlord if any lawsuits should allege that you caused the damage to the property. 

 

With rentals, we do a full walk through of the property with potential tenants before they sign their lease and we also do it with the landlords if they want to inspect before renting out the property.  Either way everyone is covered with a thorough report of what was before moving in.
